Terms for shopping with Apple Yarn Studio.
These terms explain how website orders, custom work, PayPal payment, coupons, handmade variation, digital content and symbolic talisman products are handled.

By placing an order through the website, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout. Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and required order details are received.
PayPal-supported checkout may redirect you to PayPal or related payment screens. We do not store full card numbers. Coupons must be applied before checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash or added after payment.
Handmade product nature
Crochet products and rope charms are handmade or finished in small batches. Minor differences in stitch tension, size, texture, color tone, cord length, charm position, packaging or photo lighting are normal and are not considered defects.
Product photos and descriptions are provided to help you choose, but screen settings and handmade variation can affect appearance.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom work begins after colors, names, size, gift notes, proof options, deadline and payment are confirmed. Once materials are prepared or production has started, changes, cancellation or refund requests may be limited or declined.
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, initials, shipping details and reference information before confirmation.
Symbolic talisman products
Temple-wish, red rope and knot-inspired talismans are symbolic handmade items inspired by Chinese blessing culture. They are not medical, financial, legal, spiritual or guaranteed outcome products.
Photo proof, video proof or wish documentation is offered as a sincerity and documentation service when available, not as a guarantee of any result.
Digital content, tutorials and intellectual property
Patterns, videos, photos, product names, text and design descriptions belong to Apple Yarn Studio unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed or used commercially without permission.
Digital patterns, downloadable content and tutorial access are usually final sale once delivered or accessed, unless required otherwise by law.
Safety, limitation and support
Small charms, beads, cords and accessories are not toys and may be unsuitable for young children or pets. Customers are responsible for safe use after delivery.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We are not responsible for indirect loss, missed events, customs delay, carrier delay or misuse after delivery.
