Processing time

Processing time means the time needed before an order is handed to the carrier. Ready-made items normally ship faster. Custom products, personalized pieces and temple-wish talismans require extra confirmation and preparation.

If we need missing details, production timing may pause until your reply is received.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, customs checks, local postal delays, address issues and force majeure events may extend delivery time.

If you need a gift by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can advise whether the timeline is realistic.

Address responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address before payment. If an order is delayed, returned or lost because of an incorrect address, reshipping fees or replacement costs may apply.

Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We can only change the address before the package is shipped.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. Tracking may not update immediately after dispatch, and some economy services show fewer scans than express services.

Customs, duties and import fees

International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or import charges required by the destination country. We cannot control these fees or customs processing time.

Delayed, returned or lost packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, contact us so we can help check the status. Final carrier decisions, local postal procedures and customs decisions may affect the result.

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you about reshipping options. Additional shipping fees may apply unless the return was caused by our error.
