Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these easy steps to create your project.

  1. Foundation Chain

    Make a foundation chain that fits around your cup comfortably. Start with 25-30 chains. Wrap it around your cup to check the fit before moving on. It should be snug but not too tight.

  2. Single Crochet Rows

    Single crochet across each row until the sleeve reaches your preferred height. Work about 15-20 rows, depending on how tall you want your sleeve. Keep your stitches even and relaxed for a smooth finish.

    Join the two short sides together with slip stitches or sewing to form a tube. You can do this by folding the piece and slip stitching through both layers, or by sewing with a yarn needle for a flatter seam.
